DESCRIPTION:One of three Democratic candidates for the US Senate from Iowa\, Josh Turek\, will be our guest speaker at this month’s meetup.  He currently serves as a senator in the Iowa State Legislature representing the 20th District (the Council Bluffs area).  He is also a two-time Paralympic gold medalist. \n\n\n\n\n\nDemocrats in the community of Johnston\, Iowa\, gather regularly to enjoy each other’s company\, learn from each other\, and build their network. \nWe meet on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at the Cozy Café in Johnston. \n6:00 pm – Meet\, greet\, network\, and order from the menu. \n7:00 pm – Hear from our guest presenters.
